This partnership, marking Camascope's third care planning integration will transform care delivery in care homes by offering providers a comprehensive, all-in-one solution. [KareInn](https://kareinn.com/)'s care planning system is the digital backbone for many leading residential care providers. The integration with Camascope's eMAR platform will enable two-way communication between pharmacies and care homes, displaying real-time updates on whether prescriptions have been processed or are out for delivery. This integration will allow medicine administration and the recording of care delivery to be in sync with residents within the KareInn digital care planning system. Residents will be matched in each system automatically, and information will be shared in real-time to ensure both systems have the same capture of notes. Care providers can automatically populate the KareInn Medication table with the type of medication, dosage, and administration instructions. Each time a medication is logged in Camascope, an update will be instantly posted to the KareInn timeline and reflected in the corresponding resident care plan. KareInn will also display the status of medication administration, indicating whether the medication was offered, taken, or refused or if the resident was away from home or asleep. This provides a precise snapshot of the resident's experience on any given day.
