Residents will be matched in each system automatically, and information will be shared in real-time to ensure both systems have the same capture of notes.
Care providers can automatically populate the KareInn Medication table with the type of medication, dosage, and administration instructions. Each time a medication is logged in Camascope, an update will be instantly posted to the KareInn timeline and reflected in the corresponding resident care plan.
KareInn will also display the status of medication administration, indicating whether the medication was offered, taken, or refused or if the resident was away from home or asleep. This provides a precise snapshot of the resident's experience on any given day.
